Gender Favorable Rating Given to GRAD by OJJDP Girl's Study Group
The Office of Juvenile Delinquency and Delinquency Prevention's Girls Study Group has released a report concerning the utilization of assessment instruments in the juvenile justice realm, and whether or not they are appropriate for use with girls. The OSU Center for Family Research is pleased to note that the Global Risk Assessment Device (GRAD) had been selected for review by the Girls Study Group and was given the designation of “favorable gender performance finding” by this esteemed body of researchers and practitioners.
