The November/December 2008 edition of the Correctional Mental Health Report contains the article The Role of Family Factors and Mental Health Issues in the Lives of Court-Involved Youth: Advancing Our Understanding of Disproportionate Minority Contact. This article continues a series of articles that discusses the utilization of the GRAD in juvenile courts across the nation. This particular article gives special attention to family factors and mental health issues and identifies these factors as relative to addressing disproportionate minority contact issues.
