The Honorable Linda Tucci Teodosio (Summit County Juvenile Court) and the Honorable Robert C. DeLamatre (Erie County Juvenile Court) joined Dr. Stephen M. Gavazzi of The Ohio State University in making a presentation entitled RESEARCH AND EVALUATION IN THE EYES OF THE JUVENILE JUDGE: PUNISHMENT OR PROMISE? At the 2007 Ohio Criminal Justice Research Conference held this past April 11th in Columbus, Ohio.
