FA$T05 EVALUATION FINAL REPORT

 

 

A presentation of the FA$T05 Evaluation Final Report was made to Director Mike Hogan and the ODMH staff on Tuesday July 19, 2005.

There is an Executive Summary of the FA$T05 Evaluation Final Report that provides a basic overview of the following:

 

  • The logic model used in the evaluation effort
  • Enrollment figures and basic characteristics of the youth enrolled in FA$T$05 as of May 15, 2005
  • A summary of county data collection efforts
  • Information on program activities related to service enhancement, family empowerment, and systems collaboration
  • Ohio Scales data from Time 1 and its connection to family empowerment indicators

In addition to more in-depth coverage of the information listed above, this final report also contains the full version of the report on data collected through the focus groups (pages 91-129).
